The DEI Council Network serves as a national platform that unites Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Councils from diverse regions across the country. It offers a unique opportunity for Councils to connect, share best practices, and collaborate on strategies to advance DEI initiatives. Through this network of councils, participants gain valuable insights and resources to drive meaningful change and foster inclusive environments in their respective organizations and communities.

DEI Council Network Learning Circles

A learning circle is a small group of DEI Councils who have specific common interests. These circles meet regularly to learn from subject matter experts and each other about a specific topic. Below are a few examples.

The Newbie Learning Circle

Comprises Councils that have been recently established, having formed within the last two years. Subjects such as Council charge, structure, and role and responsibilities are covered.

The Recruitment and Retention Learning Circle

Offers valuable insights on creating effective strategies for attracting diverse talent and maintaining their engagement.

DEI Action Plan Learning Circle
